Oilfield Classifieds has made every reasonable effort to assure the accuracy of information contained on this website. However, information is only as accurate as the source of the supplied information. Further, the information on this website is updated only periodically and therefore may not reflect the most current information. All content, features, pricing, listings, and availability presented on this website are subject to change at the sole discretion of Oilfield Classifieds, without notice.

Oilfield Classifieds makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind regarding any maps, pricing, listings, or other information provided herein or the sources of such information. Oilfield Classifieds specifically disclaims all representations or warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Oilfield Classifieds assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to changes in pricing, service offerings, or website content. Oilfield Classifieds shall not be liable for any decision made, action taken, or action not taken by the user in reliance upon any maps, pricing, listings, or other information provided on this website.

Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments

All subscriptions, including job board services, automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms below. Customers must provide written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing cycle. Failure to provide such notice will result in automatic renewal of the subscription.

Job board services are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew on a month-to-month basis. All job board fees are non-refundable once processed.

Listings are billed on an annual basis and automatically renew yearly unless canceled in accordance with the required notice period.

No refunds will be provided for early cancellation of any subscription, service, or listing.

Oilfield Classifieds utilizes third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. Oilfield Classifieds is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, outages, or other system glitches caused by third-party providers.

Image and Video Copyright

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading any images or artwork that they do not own or have explicit permission to use. Uploading unauthorized images or artwork may infringe on copyright laws and intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, graphics, illustrations, and other visual content. Unauthorized use of such materials can result in legal action, including but not limited to, claims for damages, penalties, and injunctions to prevent further unauthorized use. Oilfield Classifieds is committed to protecting the rights of copyright holders and will take necessary action to remove any infringing content and cooperate with copyright owners in enforcing their rights. By uploading any images or artwork, users represent and warrant that they have the legal right to use, display, and distribute such content, and agree to indemnify and hold Oilfield Classifieds harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of this policy.
